ISTEDAMAH, WASTE TO ENERGY PLANT
Istedamah is a Waste to Energy plant & cultural center that introduces solutions for waste management problems in addition to producing a sustainable source of energy. The project aims to make factories a sign of attraction not repulsion. The project also aims to spread awareness and educate the public through its cultural center.
NY VERTICAL CITY
In a city where the intensity prevails, I am proposing the creation of a new vertical space that shelters mixed uses. The project is a large hybrid building that generates quality work spaces, temporary housing, cultural and leisure spaces in New York City.
TANAGHUM, ASSISTED LIVING & MIXED USE
Tanaghum Community Center is an Assisted Living and Mixed Use project is focusing on a senior living community in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It comprised of assisted living, a clinic. Along with a lot of activities for the families. Mixed use components ranging from retail, office, cultural center, and entertainment center.
RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT (Working Drawing)
The project is a residential apartment, located on Rawdah district, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The apartment consist of five story. The ground floor is a multi purpose floor and the other floors are apartments. The project is focusing on the working drawings from the structural plan to the smallest details on the plumbing plan.
COMMUNITY CENTER
This project is about designing a community center that fulfilled the neighborhood’s demands and serve them. It provide places and atmospheres where residents from a divers backgrounds and interests can interact, learn, recreate, be supported and grow. The design focuses on creating identity to Saudi Arabia buildings not to specific regions by bring back the heritage.
FOLDING PLATE
This folding plate structure stronger than flat plate, however, to make it stronger Origami folding was experimented to make the plate more stiff and complex which make it capable to hold 1K without deformation.
